What a night fri. Beautiful weather for a change. Seeing a great 99 lapper, with all the former champs going after each other wheel to wheel with King Kong doing what you knew he would when he started first row top. Seeing 2 greats like Dixon & Klein with their 1100 victories in the show. Having the city of Belleville let the races go late. Seeing true class guys like Gibson who wrecked & Fireball who didn't make the show sitting in the stands with us fans for the love of the sport. Seeing Harrison & Hoffman & the rest go at in in the mods. What a night. The only downer was not being able to see the 6K run but anyway what a night for the dirt track fans.
