Gary Whitener announced today that Cody Tees will not be promoting local drivers products such as T-Shirts, cooler wraps and etc. at the Tri-City Track. Whitener added "It will be up to the participating driver to sell or distribute his or her own promotional products at the track, if the track will let them. I will continue to make products for present and future drivers who still want them. If they don't we will be more than happy to refund their $50 setup fee immediately."
