DuQuoin State Fair Race

Are the Modifieds racing on Sunday and Monday, and do they just run a feature, or will they run heats too? Also how many Mods and USAC cars can we expect to be there? We're looking at coming for the first time, and wondering what to expect.
 
My guess is somewhere around 25-30 mods. they run their heats on Sunday, feature is on Monday with the ARCA cars.
The USAC Silver Crown division on Sunday night under the lights will have around 35 cars with about 10 different cars capable of winning. Watching those Silver Crown cars under the lights with the lake out in the middle is something every race fan should see.
 
They are very good there is about 25 to 30 mods there. If you go get a pit pass for both days it is cheaper and you can still set in the stands
 
A few of names I've heard that are going are Bobby Regot, Jeff Parks, Brian Shaw, Brian Reick, Emmett Groves, Bryan Higgerson, Chris Winters, Curt Rhodes, Jesse Snyder & Shane Cockrum. Other good possibilities include Ken Schrader & Jeff Leka.
