Ed Dixon made it a clean sweep of the UMP Late Model portion of the NASCAR Night at Quincy Raceways. Dixon picked up wins in his heat, fast dash and the 30 lap main event. Dixon's started the main event on the front row and was trailed by Mark Burgtorf by three to five car lengths throughout the event but the action was fast and furious behind the lead duo throughout the race. Mike Karhoff and Tim Lance battled for the third spot during the entire event but Kenny Schrader was on the move from his seventh row starting spot and caught up with the two on the twentieth lap. Schrader keep the pressure on and got by Lance in two laps and set his sites on Karhoff in third. Schrader and Karhoff battled side by side for five laps with Schrader finally gaining the third position on lap 24. Schrader set out in pursuit of Burgtorf and Dixon and pulled within striking distance as the laps ran out and the checkered flag fell Following Dixon, Burgtorf and Schrader across the finish line were Karhoff in fourth and Tim Lance in fifth. Sixth through tenth went to Mark Voigt, Ron Elbe, Denny Woodworth, Steve Lance Jr. and Jamie Wilson. Dixon, Karhoff and Voigt were the heat race winners with Dixon taking the fast dash win. Kenny Wallace also participated in the UMP Late Model portion of the evening's action but was eliminated after being involved in a fifth lap melee on a restart.

Brandon Lennox looked like he might just get the bad luck money off his back again in the A-Modified feature event but it just wasn't to be as the drivers side sheet metal started to peal away from the chassis causing handling problems for Lennox. Vance Wilson got by for the top spot on the eighth lap and then battled with Michael Long over the remaining laps to take another feature win. Busch Grand National driver, Kenny Wallace settled into the third spot early in the event and looked like he would get a least a top five finish but the tracks changing surface got to Wallace as he spun on the 15th lap and was relegated to the tail of the field for the restart. Wallace then rebounded and wound up salvaging a 15th place finish Following Wilson and Long across the finish line was Mark Burgtorf in third, Brandon Lennox in fourth and Henry Delonjay in fifth. Gary Clark drove Kenny Schrader's modified to a win in the first heat race with Long and Lennox claiming the top spots in the other heats. Jim Roach grabbed the pole position for the feature event by winning the fast dash.

Jarrod Richie led the first twelve laps of the twenty lap Bomber main event until Brandon Wear got by to take the lead on lap thirteen. Wear then held Richie at bay until Wear's rear bumper departed his car bringing out the caution on lap seventeen. Wear was relegated to the rear of the field as Quincy Raceways rules state that any car losing a bumper on the track surface will be penalized one lap. Richie then took over the top spot again on the restart and held off Steve Watkins Jr. to take his first ever Bomber feature win. Watkins settled for his best ever showing of second followed by Jeff Delonjay in third, Adam Birck in fourth and Eddie Dieker in fifth. Birck and Richie were the heat race winners.
