CLARKSVILLE, TN - Jimmy Elkins Jr. of Talladega, AL stepped
up to the plate when it counted to get in the money for the StormPay.com
Weekly Racing Series Point Fund. Elkins had one win this season in
StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series East Region competition, but it was a big
one driving the #07 Millennium Heating and Air Mastersbilt.

Going into the final week of the season, Elkins was seventh
in the StormPay.com WRS East Region point standings. Only the top six in
the region will collect point fund money. Elkins took the win on September
16 at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL to move up to the sixth spot by
six points over Samuel Brown of Fyffe, AL.

That victory earned Elkins a trip to Tampa, FL to collect
the sixth-place point fund money in the StormPay.com WRS East Region point
fund at the Annual Awards Banquet at the Weston Hotel on December 13, and an
invitation to the 40-lap $3,000-to-win StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
National Championship Race at East Bay Raceway Park on December 14.

Elkins had a very consistent season in StormPay.com Weekly
Racing Series competition. Elkins competed in 23 races, with 17 appearances
at Talladega Short Track, and six events at Childersburg Speedway in
Childersburg, AL. Along with the one win, Elkins had five top five
finishes, and 20 top ten finishes.

Elkins is one of 84 drivers from 12 StormPay.com Weekly
Racing Series-sanctioned tracks to receive an invitation to the StormPay.com
Weekly Racing Series National Championship Race, and he will also be
eligible to win a new GM Performance aluminum-head "604" Crate Engine in a
special drawing among the driver in attendance at the event.

In addition to his success in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing
Series East Region, Elkins also recorded a top ten finish in StormPay.com
Dirt Late Model Series National Touring competition. Elkins turned in a
tenth-place finish at Talladega Short Track on August 5.

Along with the banquet that will also honor the top ten
StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Touring drivers, and the
StormPay.com WRS National Championship Race on December 14, East Bay Raceway
Park will also host the 100-lap $10,000-to-win 2nd Annual StormPay.com Crate
Racin' USA World Championship Race on December 15-16.
