Enduro Draws Closer.Close Point Battles Highlight Weekend Action at Lebanon Midway Speedway

Lebanon,Mo.-With only a scheduled 5 point races remaining,the battle for the 2007 season championships is still up for grabs as several drivers made up ground on last weekends double point night.
SuperStock point leader Donnie Gennings holds a 43 marker lead over Travis Hill while a dogfight for the runner-up spot fins only 42 points separating Hill from 6th place driver Larry Pruitt.
The FactoryStock standings still finds Dylan Keepper on top but only 25 points ahead of Bobby Ratterree while 2nd place through 4th are separated by only 11 markers.
The A-Modified Class is a dogfight as 2005 champion Jamie Ragland heads the pack only 31 points ahead of early season leader Eric Hudson while 2nd through 5th are gapped by 54 points.
Mike Piercy still dominates the Bomber Standings,but the real battle is up for the runner-up spot as Joe Francis and Keith Cheever keep swapping spots.
The SprintCars find JP Compton heading the list over the Racing Todds while Joe starts his charge back into 2nd place only 22 behind.

The Enduro racers are getting geared-up for there event on Aug 24th at the Midway with the famous Midway 3 wide start along with a full points show that night.
The 2nd annual race for the Purple Crown to help the Lebanon Chapter of the Relay for Life American Cancer Society will be Friday Aug 31st.Advance ticket sales are currently being sold by the Relay teams in Lebanon and a special race between team captains will be held that night at Intermission.Advance tickets sales will find a proceed of those sales going to the Lebanon Cancer Society Chapter.
Gates Open At The Midway at 5PM with Hotlaps at 6:45 and Racing at 8PM.
