Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance have announced that each race of the FASTRAK East Coast Rumble will count as two races towards qualification of the 2019 FASTRAK World Challenge. The 5th Annual FASTRAK East Coast Rumble will kick off on Friday at Princeton Speedway and will conclude with a Tyler County Speedway doubleheader on Saturday and Sunday. Each race will pay $2,000 to win and $250 to start.
FASTRAK Racing Series competitors will be battling for their share of over $30,000 in purse money over Labor Day Weekend. The driver who collects the most points through the three races will be named the FASTRAK East Coast Rumble Champion and presented with the Championship Belt. Last season, Carson Ferguson was the FASTRAK East Coast Rumble Champion.
The 2019 FASTRAK World Challenge will be held on October 3-5, with October 4th paying $2,000 to win and October 5th paying $5,000 to win. A $5,000 to win point fund will be paid to the top ten drivers who collect the most points throughout the two nights of racing. An open practice will be held on October 3rd. The location of the 2019 FASTRAK World Challenge will be announced as soon as details become available.
