Clay County Speedway and Fastrak Midwest are proud to announce that they have teamed up to bring seven huge Fastrak Midwest touring events to the lightning fast 1/3 mile track located in Flora, IL, including round one of the Fastrak Grand Nationals which pays the champion a whopping $50,000 to win!
Each Fastrak Midwest event scheduled at Clay County Speedway will pay $1,200 to the winner and $100 to start, beginning with the first event scheduled for Saturday, July 5. Fastrak Midwest will return for six additional $1,200 to win events scheduled for July 12, July 26, August 16, August 23, September 6, as well as September 26-27 for the first round of the $50,000 to win Fastrak Grand Nationals.
Drivers expected for the first event on July 5, include current Fastrak Midwest points leader, Billy James, current second place points man Shawn Rayfield, 2007 Fastrak Midwest Champion, Darin Walker, Multi-Super Late Model National Champion, Ed Dixon, 2007 Clay County Speedway Track Champion, Nick Lyons and many more!
