Fayette County Speedway will feature a regular night of racing on June 23, 2006 with the following classes competing:
UMP Modified
Fastrack Late Models
Crate Modified
UMP Sportsman
UMP/USSE Street Stocks
Pure Stock Bombers
Hornets
Gates open at 5:00 pm, hot laps at 7:00 pm, UMP Modified Qualifying at 7:30 pm.
Pit Passes are $25; General Admission Grandstand pricing is: Adults $10, Ages 7-12 $5. Ages 6 & under are free.
SPECIAL EVENT ON JUNE 27TH
The UMP Summer Nationals tour will stop at Fayette County Speedway on Tuesday June 27th! This touring series visits 27 tracks in 30 days and features many of the Nations's top UMP Late Model Drivers.
Noteable Late Model drivers expected to compete include: Mowequa's Shannon Babb, Highland's Randy Korte, Gibson City's Kevin Weaver, Benton's Rodney Melvin, Chatham's Brian Shirley, and Bloomington's Billy Drake. Several drivers that compete at weekly tracks throught the area are also expected to be in attendance.
In addition, NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace will be in attendance driving his Impressive Race Cars #36 UMP Modified!
