Was wondering why Tri-City was 50 laps but I-55 was 40?

That's just what was decided upon.
Most of the guys would rather just run 40.

So was this choice not given at tri city? Talked to Ryan Gustin after the pevely race, he thought he had 10 more laps. So again we ask. Why diffetent lap totals. Obviusly this "decison" was not discussed at the proper time. A DRIVERS MEETING. I would have much rather sat thru 10 more laps of great racing at Pevely than 10 extra of the train show we had endure at granite.

I55 normally runs all LM specials 40 Laps. There have been exceptions, but Ray feels that is about the right number of Laps.

Anyone at the drivers meeting knew it would be 40 Laps.
