Fiscal Court frowns on KLMS request

only on the big shows , but first year open program dragged a bit and always 2 extra caution laps and at a big track those eat the clock. This year adding another class gonna be tough.
 
why 2 extra caution laps and even on there big shows they did get a huge car count seems funny highland and bellevagas has been doing it for years
 
not sure on the 2 laps, Transponders and Racecievers still 2 laps. Just first year blues , It will improve I am sure and Mods had over 38 cars at some events. They start like 30 as well
