Forum software upgraded...

The STLRacing.com forum software was upgraded.

The colors have changed somewhat and there is still some work to get the colors looking completely right!
 
There's not enough contrast/separation between thread subject and thread starter/date; the font is too close in size and gray value, everything just seems to blend together, nothing stands out.
 
liked the other forum better.
not as easy to navagate as previous forum. doesnt keep me logged in when i move from section to section.
cant read everything as it is white out.
 
i'm lost !...cant figure it out yet....dont like it so far......is" new posts" the same as the old "todays posts"......but only been on the site 5 minutes
 
I don't like changes. I don't like the fact that there is NO GREEN. How do I even make this GREEN? What was wrong with the old way? Why does everything have to be "improved"? Why can't we all just be friends and have it the old way? I'm not happy. Where is my smiley face and the unhappy smiley face? Where's dirthound?

P.S. Did I find the GREEN? This is a test.
 
I like that theres no more annoying pop-ups and ads that cover the whole screen. This was always the only site that gave me them, but it seems to be fixed now. So I guess ill be the first to say I like it lol Im not having any navigation problems either?
 
The colors will get tweaked to get the site back to near the same colors it was.

The software needed upgraded and the old style I used wasn't compatible with it. So I just went with a default scheme until I get time to tweak the colors...
 
the colors have nothing to do with it!!! Guess it's like moving up a class, have to learn how to set her up..lol
 
Sorry Jimmy but I agree with the others, I liked the old site better. You had the best, now not so sure. Just my thought on this one

Just like every other change that happens- some like it some don't but eventually we all get used to it. Let's give him a week to work on this before we make up our minds. Jimmy does an awesome job for us and he doesn't complain about the pay!
It's not like he's throwing away the dash races and replacing them with a roll of the dice- now that's a change I'm really not going to like this year.
