Fredricktown Dropping Ministocks

Well it looks like The Rock is dropping the Ministocks. I guess we'll be making more trips to MCS this year.

How many ministocks were you guys averaging at MCS during beginning/middle of the year vs. before the big race?

Can You Hear It?

You can hear the smile that Mel has on his face it is so big.
Now all he has to do is convince the track over in Fulton to run us on Friday nights and we can race 2 nights a week!

I guess the plan is coming together after all.

I am sorry it had to come to this for all my friends down south.
The class is just not popular enough yet to have both of those tracks down there running on the same night.
I hope that some day it can be more widely excepted and we can all have a track close to us to compete at.
Until then, Please come up to MCS and join us even if it means spending a bit more on your power plant.
After all it is more fun to go faster and faster each year!

We all look forward to seeing you southern Gentlemen and Ladies up at MCS for a crack at the high banks.

Fulton said they are going to run mcs rules for 08 and down south they should just turn one of the tracks into a sat night track and it might work out better for both of them

True, that would work out for the ministock class, but it will never happen due to the number of friday night drivers that run at st. francois county on sat nights. The rock's pure streets, some of the b-mod guys all run at farmington on sat. i'm sure some of the crate-late's also have a sat. night track somewhere else. And at Doe Run, the multi's run sat night at farmington, and some of the 305 sprint drivers run 360's and 410's elsewhere on sat night's . Neither the Rock or Doe Run could open on a saturday night, there wouldn't be enough cars to pay bills...and since neither track could open as a saturday night track, i'd like to see Farmington pick up the ministocks on saturday nights...but i don't think they ever will.

No he left the building before they ever moved in over zoning trouble. Why would you want to bring new business to the neighorhood right?
