Like to wish mike j wheat #43 ump street stock driver from centralia il a get well soon.mike was in the hospital with two major breaks to his left jaw bone.an bad cuts to his face. Mike was attacked after the race at the duqoin state fair campgrounds sunday nite.
 
i can see it now; the brochure for the '09 duquoin state fair will read...." buy tickets to the fights, and watch a race or 2 break out! seriously, though. i hope he has a full recovery, and the offenders are caught. no need for b.s. like that to happen.

Well,to set it straight, he was attacked. Mike was riding a motorcycle at around 2am and a woman came out of a camper and hit mike in the head with a steel object that knocked mike out, and then her husband punched mike in the face as he was still on the motorcycle. After mike went down under the bike the guy punched mike about 7 to 8 times. Now what do you think, was he attacked or not ? ?

THE PEOPLE THAT DID THIS ARE MEMBERS OF THIS BOARD.AN IT WILL SURPRISE ALL OF YOU.GET WELL SOON MIKE. JENNIFER

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone concerned! As hornetgirl82 described that is perty accurate to what went down. I was hoping this would not make this public forum. I guess because of who the "attackers" were? I do not wish to elaberate any further on this incedent at this time, but I will tell everyone that I was taken to the Marion V.A. hospital for treatment by a group of friends and shortly later transfered by ambulance to Barnes hospital in STL due to the severity of the injuries / head trama. I have been released from the hospital for now and have to return to Barnes next week for surgery to repair the 3 jaw fractures. I plan to make a full and hopefully quick recovery! Agin thank you to the persons who transported me to the hospital and everyone on here who has wished me well! M.J. Wheat #43
 
shawn what are you doing hitting on people and your girl friend using a metal object hitting people, sounds like you hurt him pretty good

Hoping for a speedy and full recovery for you... please keep us updated...
and don't you think that these people should be outed? If they have such terrible tempers they may do it to another member...

I totally agree. Dont care of their motives but if the said individuals are capable of this kind of crap..they need to be outed so others know who they are. Best wishes and hope you fully recover and press charges against these fools. Let them know this is not acceptable
