Stopped by to see Brad after work today, he's ready to get back home. Sitting around a hospital is not for Brad, I found him reading race car magazines and is in good spirits. I told him of all the get well whises everyone has put on STL and that put a smile on his face. Thanks to everyone who has kept Brad and his family in their thoughts and prayers.
Brad was moved from SLU to Anderson Hospital in Maryville Wednesday night where he is in the rehab facility. He’s in room 224 (ironically enough) and will probably be there just a few more days before they let him go home. Before he leaves he needs to strengthen his right side and be able to walk more independently. He will get there in a matter of time. Rehab visiting hours are only from 4:00 to 8:00, as he is in therapy most of the day. Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and prayers and also all the phone calls, text messages, visitors, cards and flowers.
