God Speed to Dan Wheldon and Pray for His Family

Yesterday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Dan Wheldon age 33 lost his life in a tragic 15 car crash ... The race was only 12 laps into a 200 lap race the race was eventually cancelled after a 1 and a half hour delay ... There was a drivers meeting where it was unanimously agreed by all drivers that there would be a 3 wide 5 lap tribute in Dan's memory ... Dan drove the #77 Target Indy IZOD race car ... His #77 solely sat a top the leader scoreboard ... Dan has won the Indy 500 two times and was a Indy IZOD Champion and had the 4th most wins in the Indy series history ... He will always be remembered as a positive, charismatic and outgoing person ... He also collaborated with others in creating the 2012 Indy IZOD race car which ironically has updated safety features ... He will be sorely missed and will always be remembered as one of the greatest Indy car drive ever ... I pray for his family and I hope all in the racing community do.
