That issue was addressed by Tammy at the Saturday night Mod Mania drivers meeting and announced over the PA as well.

What makes these guys any different then the regular guys that pour their heart and sweat out week in week out to support your track on Friday nights? Maybe they should be giving the chance to run on sunday when a Friday night show is rained out! After all they are the ones that keep this place open with their dedication!

To summarize, they did not want to extend a 3 day show into a 4th day that would probably end very late Sunday night with the large car count (100+ cars) already on hand and the addition of crates for the finale. Mainly in consideration for those who traveled and for those who had to work on Monday or had other plans for Sunday. None of the drivers complained or questioned the decision.
