Howdy Fella's... I just wanted to take a second or two to wish each and every one of you Dad's out there a WONDERFUL Father's day!! :):D:)

I don't know about your families...but I know that my kids and myself included...don't show enough gratitude to the Husband's/Father's in our lives. Which is wrong... So just know that we really do appreciate you and all the loving things you do for your families!! And that we're sorry for not showing it enough! But that we really do love, respect, and appreciate you ALL !!!

So.... :) HAPPY FATHER'S DAY !!!! :)

((Now, with that said...don't forget to take out the trash, change the oil in our car...and for God's sake...put the toilet seat down!! Just kiddin')) LOL :D

Yep, Happy Father's Day to MY Dad and also to Gerald Buechting who's like another father to me. Have a good one on Sunday guys.

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful dad who does so much and is so supportive and to all the other wonderful dads.:) I wouldn't be a racing fan if my dad hadn't taken me to my first race a little over a year ago and now I'm hooked!.

Daddys Day

I know my dad (Gerald Buechting) wont read this (because he isnt part of the 21st century, lol) but this Fathers Day I want to thank him for everything he has done for all of us and our cars. Without Daddy this wouldnt be possible (Yes, hes my "daddy") He worked so many long hours fixing my fuel problem, supporting me, teaching me, and advising me on what to do out there and it was great to race with him last Saturday night.

Happy Fathers Day as well to Papa Nausley, Gary Range, Jason Marquitz, Jason Crump, and the other racers who have kids as well that I just forgot to mention by name!

The Gift!

:D I just wanted to share this with y'all out there, some of you knew what we were giving the "Dad" in our family! And thought you might like to know what his reaction was...

First off I kept him up till midnight, so that we could give him his gift the minute it became Father's Day!! I wasn't gonna be able to wait till later this morning. And the nice thing was, that not only were our real kids here, but so was Andrew Nausley...might as well be our kid!! LOL Everyone was in on this huge surprise for Gerald!!! :D

Since this WONDERFUL man is about the best husband and Father I have EVER known...he deserved something totally awesome for this special day of recognition... took a lot of thought...and then it hit me... This man is the ultimate "one-man pit crew"...why not get him a gift related to racing???? Something that would truly say...we love you for everything you do for us (on & off the track).

So...we gave him the Richard Petty "King's Experience" NASCAR driving package. It's a full day of everything NASCAR at the Gateway Track in Granite City, IL. The best part is he'll get to drive an actual NASCAR for 18 full laps...apparently the first 9 laps you get a feel for the driving...then later in the next 9 laps...it "balls to the wall" driving!!! I hear that he'll be going well over 100mph (shouldn't be a problem for him, since he drove his Mustang at 130mph). Our whole family is going to be there along MANY of our friends to share in his experience! I'm sure we'll have a load of pics to put up on our MySpace! It's booked for July 11th.

He was so thrilled with the gift, that he laid awake for about 2 hours last night...LOL !! Below is a pic of Gerald with all the kids as he was given his gift!! Kids in the pic are our grandson Terry, Brian (Star's bf), Nausley, Jacob and of course Star Racer...Jessica! Side note to Grange.... He said to tell you...beating your speed isn't gonna be a problem....LOL !!

He's one happy (& tired) Father!!!! :D:D:D:D
