Greetings from Columbia

I have talked to Jeff a few times and I can tell you all that he is really down. He said he was so lonely and would do anything to be closer to home and now he is. Unfortunately, he is really not doing well. I know we are all busy with our everyday lives, but if anyone gets a free minute, please give him a call or drop him a card in the mail. I have heard and witnessed how strong of a family this racing community is and now is a time that everyone needs to pull together and send thoughts and prayers Jeff's way. He has done so much to make this racing community what it is and he needs everyones support right now.
If anyone would like to check on him and you can't get through to the hospital (right now he is in intensive care and doesn't have a phone), I am sure LeaDonna would not mind if you called her. She talks to his sister several times a day and is always informed of his progress. Her number is
(573)756-5178.

Jeff, I am sorry to hear about your health. I am sure there are a ton of people who are thinking about you like myself. I owe my ministock racing experiences all to you. You were kind enough to give me the opportunity to start racing a ministock. As a matter of fact I bought my first and third car from you. The little camo chevette and the black pinto. I will always consider you a friend. My thoughts and prayers will go out to you. Get well soon!
Your friend,
Duck

Jeff, Sorry I haven't posted sooner.

I don't get on here much since I sold my #52 Mini-Stock last year. I only get on here to make my picks on the Nascar forum. You have been in my prayers since I heard. You and I go way back since day ONE of my Mini-stock career. You and I worked together to start and set up the RAMS Assoc. I took you and Tom down to Sikeston to get your #52 S-10 Mini-stock from Sonny. You stuck me with Marty "Don't call me Martin" Boyer. You've watched Chase grow since he was a baby (he'll be 8 in July). We've had our agreements and disagreements  (usually something stupid about the RAMS) during our friendship, but we've always walked away as friends. Most of all as I raced @ DRR and the "Rock" closed I missed you in the announcer booth. You were always quick to give me and others a shout out as we would come out to pack the track in. Get well soon and get your B..ottom back in the booth!
"Your in my prayers and in GOD's heart!" Marty Boyer

Millsey you will be missed...
