Greg Sesti

Madison, IL - Gateway International Raceway hosted MegaBucks, its annual big money 1/8 mile race which
pays $10,000 to win on Saturday, and $5,000 to win on Friday and Sunday.

The biggest winner was Greg Sesti (St. Charles, MO), in his '04 Danny Nelson Racecraft dragster. For the first
time in his life, Sesti won $10,000 at a bracket race. Sesti, who won $5,000 at last year's MegaBucks, beat Craig
Mollet in a final round that meant a bunch to both drivers. Sesti sold the Nova to Mollet in 1999 when he
decided to move into a dragster.

Corey Landolt

Corey Landolt also added to his bank account this week when he won Friday night's $5,000 event. The $5,000
was the most money Landolt has ever won bracket racing. Landolt, who had a good season winning an 1/8 mile
money race in Gateway's weekly program, also had a good all-around weekend. Landolt went four rounds on
Saturday, and got down to the final five on Sunday which is also a money paying position.

Howard Cook

Veteran Howard Cook ended a self-proclaim long dry spell on Sunday when he won Sunday's $5,000 event.
Cook, a three-time Track Champion at the old Pevely Dragstrip, ran part-time for most of this season. Cook
went 4 rounds on Friday, 3 rounds on Saturday, and then won on Sunday.

"Today (Sunday) I quit making mistakes", said Cook.

Gateway International Raceway will host the Halloween Jr. Dragster Nationals Oct 7-9, and conclude its drag
racing season on Oct 15 with BracketBash featuring the Jeffers Mid West Pro Mod Series.
