GRT Race Cars and Rocket Chassis join Fastrak Series Manufacturers Cup Championship

CARNESVILLE, GEORGIA-We are very proud to announce that Joe Garrison of GRT Race Cars and Mark Richards of Rocket Chassis have signed on to participate in the Fastrak Champions Series Manufactures Cup Championship in 2005. In addition, GRT will give a gift certificate to the highest finishing GRT in each race. Mark Richards, excited about the Fastrak program says, "I wanted to start this class ten years ago and just didn't have time with the Rocket Chassis business booming like it was and continues to do".
The winner of the Manufacturers Cup Championship will receive a first place prize of $5,000 and also a very prestigious, silver cup with the manufacturers name engraved. Much like other prestigious cups in sports, the Manufacturers Cup will be placed at the place of business for the winning manufacturer and at the end of the season will return to the Championship Points Banquet. The silver cup will be awarded every year and therefore will go from business to business. The Manufacturers Championship will be scored on a points system by wins only.
