Harrison & Poel summit modified national point race

Sounds like poel is making the trip out east for the remaining summit mod nationals.. I think it was said earlier that poel will need to win with some
Bonus points.. Just winning with 25 cars or less will not help him.. Harrison planning on running
Any of the remaining shows? I just really hate it for these mod guys because the ones running for the points are all right here close to central Illinois and now they would have to travel hours out east to win this thing and only racing for $1000 to win.. Just wish they would finish this summer nationals in this area. This is where there car counts are..
 
I don't see any reason to go out east. They would have to have a hell of a lot of mods to get poel enough points. I don't see the car counts being over 25 out that way.
 
Example::
I think poel would have to win a race with 30
Cars and win a race with 27 cars and Harrison not win again. Or win 3-4 times with 27 cars

. Harrison could pretty much wrap it up with a win with car count of 27-30 because he has a 70 point night he can replace..
 
i think Poel is 6 points behind and I think he is replacing a 75 point night, which means he needs 7 bonus points to win or 6 bonus points to tie, which I think would go to the guy with the most wins. that is the easiest way to say it. poel could win a race with 27 cars (77 points) and a race with 95 cars (80 points) and win if Mike doesnt get any more points. Anyways, the reason they are going east is that is the SCHEDULE. I am not sure why they always conclude the summer nationals at Oakshade, but that is how they do it as long as I have paid attention. Does anybody know why?
 
Mike has a 70 point night to replace.. If mike could get a win in ohio that would be at least 75 points.. That would be tough to catch
 
I looked a couple of those tracks car counts the last few weeks and they was not very good.. 1 of them had 9 mods
 
Both Harrison & poel had bad luck last night at atomic... Harrison I heard came back home with a motor issue and poel is going to finish it out and hope to have high car counts.. Poel really needed last night. Had an opportunity to get bonus points with 28 mods there.. Tonight at brush creek there's only 18 mods.. It's going to come down to the last 2 races tomorrow night & Saturday night.. Both races have to have car counts over 25 for poel to even have a chance plus it takes nothing worst than a win.. That's going to be pretty hard but it can be done. I'm sure the Harrison posse is looking very closely to the updates out east... Hope Harrison gets his problems worked out and shoot for national points next..
 
It comes down to tonight.. Poel has to hope there's at least 26 cars tonight and he jas to win or its all over and Harrison is your champ.. If that does happen then poel
Needs there to be 30 cars tomorrow night and get a win to force a tie and then it would go to poel because he would have the tie breaker with the most wins..

saw on facebook that poel bent the front end of his car last night and has to get it fixed so he won't be able to race tonight. harrison is the champion.
