A couple of gentlemen are planning a quarter-mile dirt track for Logan County Fairgrounds in Lincoln Illinois. Plans call for regular weekly dirt track racing. They are pushing to get it going for the 2004 season. Let's hear from anyone that might be interested or might know more than the newspaper is telling.
