why hes drives so rough driveing on top of the other drivers or raming people from tcs

i dont know who he is or how I may have p****d him off but the last race at TCS I was passing him clean and he got under me on the back stretch and got me airborn, I almost flipped when I landed but I kept her going for a few more laps till she wouldn't turn anymore....ended up just a broke power steering hose but it could have been worse if I landed sticky side up
