On May 7th at highland speedway there was a demo derby between two modifieds....did anyone see it or hear from either of the drivers that were caught up in it....also will the #74 be banned for the rest of this year.....That was on crazy nite at highland

The #9 and the #74 car got together and were really hot tempered so the # 74 went down the backstrech BACKWARDS during caution and looked fer the #9 car and when he found he nailed him in the passenger side door....the #74 car was DQ from the event

Im not sure of all info if accurate but from what i saw..
 
I was there, saw it & Talked to the 9 driver Chad Reum afterward.
He was later told that the 74 felt he was squeesed unnecessarily on the restart and got mad, then the 74 went and Tbone'd the 9 down in turn two, the 74 was DQ'd told to pack it up and go, dont come back.
Shame really, think he could have found a better way to handle it. perhaps race a little harder and beat him? rather then try and take him out.
