Highland speedway 53 and 54 street stocks

Can someone please tell me why these two do not get Black flagged for rough driving. Both of them took out cars again last night and nothing was done.
 
typical highland. they have their favorites thats why i left after the second heat race of the night and very seriously doubt ill ever be back. its a shame to because i grew up at that track.
 
The only thing I saw was the 8t eilers get shafted... He should have got his spot back JMO but the rest of the night was great!!! Thanks Scott and crew for a great night of racing.
 
Issack got toar up pretty good I believe... I know his tire was completely shredded. I think the 54 started it all.
 
Tj was fast all night... He was gonna win the feature!!! The only reason Tj got into him was he keep pinching him down. Tj let out of it a couple times to let him go. He could have stayed in it and spun him but he didn't!!!
 
It looked like they all checked up and then Issac hit 54, not 54's fault to me. Whats your opinion chatcat?
 
Wasn't there this weekend, but have noticed the 54 has needed black-flagged several times this year so far. Beating the crap out of the back of someone's car isn't racing.
 
Well I just want to give a big congrats to Jake Hewitt for 4 wins in a row! Even won after having the 54 beat on his back bumper the entire race a few weeks ago.. I couldnt be more proud of my big bro! Congrats again, Jakey!
 
While we're on the subject of Highland, what was the deal with the two cars, 66 & 68 I think, in the Modified feature? The way I understood it from the announcer was that they had that tire compound on their cars that is no longer allowed and were going to have to start the race in the back. The guy in the black car got out of his car on the backstretch and looked like he was checking something on his car. He then walked away from the car and looked pretty po'd at something or someone. He then went over to one of the officials then finally pulled his car to the infield when they were getting ready to tow it. The other car was involved in one of the first yellows in turns three and four and the driver of the black car went over to the accident and was told to go back to his car. He then got in his car and tore off the track. Just wondered what the problem was.
 
i am assuming the sheppards were put to the rear of the modified feature because they had d's on. while i kind of like the rule, the officials need to make sure it is widely known. i believe the sheppards are from an hour and a half away. i am sure this will happen again this year to somebody else, and i can see why they were mad. is there a sign at the pit shack where drivers sin in alerting them of this?
 
Yes it was over the d tire... They told the 7 car of Williams the same thing!!! It's like jimmy said they need the word out more and a sign at the pit gate. They told us it was posted on stlracing.com and my buddy said what the hell is that I don't get on the computer lol. I believe after talking to the older shepard he had no clue about it either. Should have been telling all the drivers that came in they can race but gotta start at rear and get it fixed next time they come back.
 
i am looking forward to the summer nationals at highland. hoosier e-mods were illegal at the ump summit summer nationals at clayhill tennessee and up at cedar lake last year, you had to be on hockey pucks. so will highland disqualify anybody that runs with d's or will the highland regulars need to buy d's?
