Saturday, August 13, will be Appreciation night at the Highland Speedway. For the fans, there will be $1 hot dogs and $1 beer in the grandstand. Driver appreciation will be shown by the Helvetia Sharpshooters and the Madison County Fair Association. The Sharpshooters will pay for the pit pass of any driver who brings his car to race at the Highland Speedway on Saturday, August 13. The Madison County Fair Assn will issue a ticket to anyone buying a pit pass to be used in the grandstand concession area. You can use your ticket on any item or items worth up to $3 in the concession stand. The Helvetia Sharpshooters and the Madison County Fair Association have teamed together to offer this unique thank you to everyone who has supported the Highland Speedway this 2005 season. To the fans who come to support the racers, to the racers who put on a great show every Saturday night, and to the pit crews and families that support the racers, a big thank you from the Highland Speedway.
