We are racing three support classes with the POWRi sprints. The UMP Modifieds will pay $700 to win. The UMP Street Stocks will pay $250 to win. The UMP Factory Stocks will pay $200 to win. These classes will run for Highland Speedway points on Saturday, June 12. Thanks, Sue Z
 
Are the street stocks the same class that race there on a regular Sat. night? Like the UMP factory stocks at Belleville.?
 
Its kind of late to change classes don't ya think.. I made different plans since we weren't racing and now I am gonna be screwed for track points
 
I agree with fohne, street stocks shouldn't be runnin for points on this short notice

UMP street stocks? Does this mean that Brownstown UMP street stocks can race? UMP street stock is UMP street stocks...

Just to clarify, the Street Stock class at Highland is sanctioned as UMP Factory Stocks. Not the UMP Stock Car (Street Stock) division.

The Factory Stocks at Highland are sanctioned as UMP Sport Compacts! They call their 4 cylinder class Factory Stocks at Highland.
 
But the UMP rule book says that the UMP factory stocks are to be on street tires only. That is the only UMP rule, and that they must be a member...
