A couple questions here. Was these two the cause of the caution? Was this the first lap?

They were not the cause of the caution. They had contact and faded back a couple of spots but a caution unrelated to their contact gave them theirs spots back.

Looked to me that Zobrist got loose coming off turn 4 and turned left into Kloos who was under him. They both went back several spots but another incident at the same time put them back. they did announce that now they are using last fully completed lap instead of the 2/3rd rule they have been.
