Gundaker should have been teching him, he dominates at tri city no matter where he starts!Tires are a pain to tech but for a guy to have a big engine that is an easy catch!
 
The teching of the cars has gone down the tubes that's why none of the legal cars do any better then 4th or 5th. From there back is usually good close racing while the select same 4 cars check out every weekend it gets old for not just the drivers but the fans too!!! We need some good mechanics to go around and start randomly checking. I bet within a few weeks it would be every good driver fighting for the checkers again.
 
Or put them back on street tires. You can run the same tires all year and big motors just make you blow the tires off.

Gundaker isnt going to tech anything! Me and Tammy went around and around on fb about this very car and his team mate! I was told that if i thought they was cheating to go straight to the drivers face so does that not tell you they arent going to do anything?

This is exactly what it is, Marty was only checking cars that haven't been there this year. It tells me alot when Eric asked them to pump the motors and they didnt do it. And another thing, if he was pumped up at Charleston and was found to be illegal why wasnt he suspended and all points for the year lost?

Adam if they start teching more you just might get a bigger car count weekly and get more fans in the stands......but oh heck we know its to much of a hassle to do!

As far as UMP is concerned, this class runs on track rules which can vary from track to track. So UMP points would not be effected.
 
It's just insane, they had several different guys looking at the front end of his car for 10 minutes because something didn't look right. Really come on you've been in racing for how long if something looks odd then yes it's been altered.
 
Not doubting what you say Jimmy but if they run for national points under the U.M.P banner wouldnt that effect the points there?
 
I guess i need to catch up on the rules then. See thats the problem with this class, theres so many different rules for this class you never know what to go by.
