Horrible Crash ..........

Has anyone heard anything on that young man that had that horrible crash in the Drawf cars ? Asher i think they said his name was. He looked VERY stunned and dazed leaving the track. I know there is legal issues to get through but i feel last night and ambulance was needed. Again, hope he is alraight ! LD

Talked to him after his flip, his jaws was sore, and just shook up more than anything, plus his whole body probably today. I was surprised there is no ambl. on site as I remember Greg last year getting hurt. I think we need more safety with the speed them cars run.
And this is to Jeff Asher that was a Nascar flip if I ever seen one and I believe it should go on ESPN. It was nasty but he had good safety equipment and walked away, he is young and will be back hes a good kid.

We took him to the emergency room last night after everything was loaded up. Thankfully, everything was okay, just a lot of bruises and some cuts. They gave him two shots for the pain, which made him feel A LOT better, and he got a lot of sleep today. Around racetime tonight though, he was ready to get out of bed and go!

As for the car, well it's not in such great shape! The body is completly trashed, and the frame is cracked right above where his head was, as well as bent in other places, so that could've been the last night for that car, but hopefully he will be back in something else soon.
