Nut behind the wheel
Here goes another try at increasing car count....'IF' you bring a good field of cars. Notice the 'IF'... Then we may continue to do this with local business sponsors to insure better pay through the field NOT JUST, 1ST PLACE. Al has offered $50 on top of the 1st place payout. Thats great.. although not everyone finishes first. I know I dont.. So how about $250 bucks through the field? If this is of interest in these days of high fuel prices, at the pump and the track. Give me your opinion..And the real challenge.. Bring the cars... 12 was good but 15 would be better.. Jason Brewington

Your choice

We have decided to take our money elsewhere.

That is your choice Jason, BUT you don't speak for all of us....Anger only creates anxiety within ourself and NOBODY is perfect and NOBODY knows all the facts. I just believe (my opinion) that until you walk in someone else's shoes you don't know what's going on and none of us walk in the DeBold's shoe therefore we don't know all the facts. And again, (my opinion), I don't think we have the right to be in someone else's business. I know I don't like people sticking their nose into our businesses. Thanks for listening.

Yes,,,but

That's true, but the word I got was standing at the track at the time..

Had he/she have walked down onto the infield and into the pits, he/she would have found a different story I'm sure. At this point in time, it doesn't matter anyway, you can't change yesterday and you have to deal with whatever is ahead unknowingly. End of story. Thanks for listening. I try to keep my post as courteous as possible (until someone REALLY gets under my skin, red hair I guess:)). These forums should be used for that not back-stabbing and slashing people and tracks/owners apart. I have been a track owner(past) for many years and I better than most know that NO track or OWNER is perfect, especially in your first couple of years.
Thanks again.

what in the world?

I know exactly where I stand... I stand for what is right and judge NOBODY until you know all that is involved... Since I don't think I know you, is there a reason you are interested in where I stand? Not being sarcastic, simply asking a question

I understand Tari

I did walk the infield, but you dont race on that.I walked the pits.... I walked the track... If the scales were an issue, you could have bladed around them, or simply given the guys a night off from weighing. I ve run push trucks at the Rock, and waded through mud all night. I ran the track in on thursday so we could run on Friday several years ago. Another night not so long ago I got spun out on the backstretch into the infield in a puddle 20 ft wide and 50 ft long.. Yes we raced with conditions like that!!! The track was perfect, the pits were a little washed out that night, but hey... We had a blast. Ive seen nights we parked bigger vehicles on the parking lot and kept them out of the pits if they were wet.... Until I see what I would expect anywhere else, my money goes elsewhere. There were several kids at Doe Run on friday, that were happy to get some extra money with their checks, and I was happy to help. I only wish it could have been at the Rock.. Jason Brewington

You are right, you dont know me and I dont know you, I asked where you stand as a polite way to point out to you that in your previous posts you express your disdain about the track cancelling certain races, being poorly managed, you explain why you withdrew the money being asked for, and even claim that the track manager is "NOT experienced enough to handle the track", and that these are your opinions and you have every right to state them....NO PROBLEMS THERE!.... However when other people almost seemingly state the same sort of things in this post you seem to repremand them?!!!! To me your statements have made you seem hypocritical and unfounded.
