hydro chrome?

Is there anyone in the STL area doing hydrochrome chrome? Or that has any way to make a reflective gold paint on plastic? Looking for a finish similar to the Aerobrite gold chrome wheels.

There was a guy at the Belleville swap meet who was promoting something close, but I've misplaced his card.
