I-44 Chase For The Championship Continues

Lebanon,Mo.-The season long chase for the title of the Silver Anniversary Champions in the Central Bank Racing Series continues this Sat night at the high-banks of the Lebanon-I44 Speedway.

Action will feature the highpowered UMP SuperLatemodels,USRA Modifieds,B-Mods,FactoryStocks,Bombers and Rookie Cars with the gates opening at 5 and Racing to start at 7:30 sharp.

Last weekend saw several news faces in the winners circle as Lebanon's Tony Jackson pulled the upset victory in the UMP LateModel class while Jerome's Matt Brookshire grabbed his 1st ever FactoryStock win.Lebanon's Joe Francis had his car dialed-in as he captured the Bomber feature while Terry Beckham II held-of a late race surge in the USRA Modified feature and defending champion Josh Woody took advantage of Jason Otto's misfortune to grab the B-Mod Feature as Shorty Doublin won the Rookie Class.

The next Scheduled Special event at the High-banks is set for Sat Night May 3rd as the World Of Outlaw LateModels visit the high-banks for there only apperance of the 2008 season as they challange the O'Reilly MARS LateModel Series.Top drivers such as Terry Phillips,Chub Frank,Steve Francis,Bill Frye,Brandon McCormick and many others challange the High-Banks and the best of the Midwest.
