I need some help on this matter . can someone tell me how scott made the feature with out finishing the heat or the semi that just didnt look right .they done it last week also .so just curious here to know whats going on with the new rules cause if u can make the feature automatically why run a heat or a semi ?

top 18 are locked into the feature thru the heats by points earned thru the palce you finish plus points for passing.

the remaining spots are filled by the semi finish heads up! normally 6 transfer to the feature.

last nite 2 of the top 18 broke 9w & 14 so top 8 from the semi transfered

then the 8x weighed lite after the semi so he was disqualified so then the 9th place car from the semi or 1st alternate makes the feature and scott was the 9th place car or 1st alternate .
we did not start all cars there were 31 on hand we start 24 sometimes we start a max of 26
hope this helps you!

It looks like they ran all the modifieds in the feature. So I don't know why they ran a semi at all. Maybe we would have got the whole show done before the rain came if it wasn't for that semi. Who knows, I'm just guessing.

This was my first time there this year and I have a question. Have the late models and modifieds used any of the upper part of the track yet this season or just the bottom in the turns? Or was it just tonight that they weren't getting much bite up there? The sportsman and 4 cylinder cars put on a good show. I am not trying to start anything, I am only asking. I had a great time until that dang rain had to show up.

In my opinion if you pull in you should not be allowed to start the feature. For 2 weeks in row Scott has started the feature. He pulled in last week in his heat and last night in the semi. Alot of people are questioning this.

That is just a dumb solution...

There were only 7 cars that didn't make the feature last night. They are:
9w-Doug Wood - originally made feature but crashed in the dash and forced to scratch
14-Rick Conoyer - originally made feature but was in the same crash as Wood and forced to scratch
x1-Dave Sandage - never even unloaded I don't believe
16-Jon Paul Reando - Mechanical problems, didn't start semi
8x-James Reed - DQ in semi for being light, there relegated to 11th place in semi
72-Jeremy Roth - 10th in semi
c4-Chris Soutiea - 11th in semi, also broke in semi and wouldn't of been able to start feature

that was dumb jdearing, it was a comment not a solution ,do YOU need a picture?

Rule #1: Never insult the board administrator.
Rule #2: Clean your feet first before shoving them in your mouth.

Pevely starts 24 cars for the feature. They had only 22 after the semi, because 2 cars couldn't make it. That puts it to alternates, which were the highest cars that didn't make the feature. Oh, and if you're questioning it, Weber came out and made ONE LAP after pulling off initially. That put him at the lead of the cars that didn't finish!!

It's been pretty much spelled out for you, but still you argue. I'm guessing that your favorite driver didn't make it, or finished behind Weber.

If you think that is wierd, how did they figure Ed Dixon as the champion last year??

Simple...the same way Matt Kenseth won the Nextel Cup without winning a single race. Consistantly good finishes. And it was close, too, a lot closer than several other years he's won the championship at Pevely. I think you need to follow rule #2 as well.

Never fails Scott made the feature by the spot he finished in the semi and people come on here slamming him. Jimmy showed you how he made it. Modlvr75 should just shut up. I am suprised he is not slamming Bittle for finishing third you know he did bump someone in the heat race. Face it Modlvr75 Scott is a good driver anyone who can start in the back and come up to 6th with the top notch drivers that are at Pevely every week has to know how to drive.

I learned a long time ago from JimmyD that you should never bite the hand that feeds you. It tends to hit back and it hurts!

I was talking to a friend of mine last night, He told me that if Weber makes the feature again without everybody knowing how, The mod drivers will pull off and not run the feature in protest,
If they do that i'm gone.
I'm not going to pay my money to watch a bunch of cry babies, I've had enough of that watching NASCAR.
If you don't know how someone made the feature then ASK!
I don't understand how people can be in the pits every week and not know how the system works.
We have three posts on here how Weber made the feature, by Don Hoener, J. Dearing and Moonflow.
I think that I-55 should print out all three of them and give them to each mob driver there, Maybe that would clean up this zoo we have going.
Last but not least, Before you all bash me for being a Weber fan, Don't know him,Never met him and have no plans of doing so.
thank you..........

Wow! If all the drivers refuse to race that should make it an easy win for Scott! Somehow, I seriously doubt that will happen. Not when there's easily 5 to 10 drivers every week that stand a chance to win at I-55.
