Is there anybody out there that can give me any updates on I-55 tonight?

Can't help much but, I do have some late model results:

LM Heat winners
Billy Faust (in Korte's Army car)
Craig Smith
Rusty Griffaw(sp?)

That's all I got for now.

Jimmie Cummins won a race

We were there...had to leave...before we got frost-bite..hehehe I was waiting for snowflakes to fall!..hehehe We enjoyed it!

wht the hell was the deal with the 99 car running in to tim hill at the end of the heat race?

Come on -- Come on -- Come on --- Tell me more. I was told there is a lot of people there braving the cold. Hats off to all the fans now go home and get warm. WATCH THE COPS they are thicker than theves tonight. 4 between Hwy "M" and 141 on Hwy 55 So I was told, Be safe tonight

what was up with the scorers tonight. There were two different drivers who were parked when they got into another driver in what appeared to me to be "racing deals". i have seen guys moved to the back for what they called rough driving but is it peveley's new policy to park the offender?? Just curious. I didn't have a dog in the fight but thought this was unusual especially to have two in one night, especially opening night.

Sportsman heat 1 was the race of the night.

Collins and B. Faust ran nose-to-tail throughout most of the feature.

Ray Walsh was dominant.

Neager did what he also does...win!

Cold with a stiff breeze. The track wasn't very racy tonight but considering the recent weather they did a fantastic job getting the track ready.

Why is it that the race track is the only place where I can eat cold french fries and a bad cheeseburger and like it?

Had nothing to do with the scorers. Those calls are made by the corner men and flag man.

So how did the transponder's work out or shoud I say the people running the computers for the transponders? I know it's hard to get in the swing of things the frist 3 or more races. But hope they work out fine.
