I-55's NDRL today.. Gates open at 1pm

I see that too. That would mean the moisture is so light its not hitting the ground. As of 3:10 the backside appears to be ending at Rolla. Theres still hope they may race.
 
It's raining across the river in Waterloo, too. Now how soon does Highland cancel before I drive up there to turn around and drive back home?
 
Clay county speedway probably the winner tonight. Hot laps at 5 and races start at 5:30.. Good for them.. Great track!!
 
There's a lot of you that get on here and mouth about the decisions some of these drivers make. Why would they want to travel hours to get rained out. Take for instance the guys at Lasalle. They drive up last night and get to race and most of them decided to stay and run for $10,000 tonight and you guys get on here and slam them for that.. Why??? Just because they dont go where you are going dont make them a bad person. Give me a break!! Lasalle had there race scheduled 1st and then this race at I55 schedules on top of them. You guys talk about karma... Maybe there is some after all..:D Lasalle racing, I55 NOT

Look in the previous post. Those are the jerks. They are the ones mouthing about it would be funny and KARMA if Lasalle got rained out. Thank you very much!
 
all the guys in lasalle live up that way or were coming through there anyway to head to paducah so when it rained out they prolly stayed there. if it wasnt for the forecast tonight here, i bet atleast a dozen of them would have come to pevely. they gotta race to pay bills so you cant hardly knock them for risking staying there. and it looks like they made the right decision
 
Those "Tour" guys have bills to pay just like the promoter does,I'm sure Ray and Sarge are upset,that they didn't get to run the Best Races we would've seen this year....JMO..This weekend would've been special..:)
 
Guess Moyer wasn't so dumb after all, eh? People act like its so easy and their obligation to spend hundreds of dollars in fuel and hours and hours of driving when there's such a great chance of rain. These guys have bills to pay too, respect that.
