Babb and Shirley didn't race tonight. Gundaker, vandenbergh, weber all broke at Tri-City. Many regulars didn't show up.

Its a wonder anybody races a late model locally. The costs are off the charts, and the payouts barely show up on a chart. Be happy you got 20 to show up. The ratio of $$$ is beyond anything that makes sense. Its sad, but true. I moved away from stl along time ago but remember some good racing there in the 80's and early 90's
