Less than 10 drivers got away with racing UMP more than twice without a membership. UMP dropped certain class sanctioning at tracks last year that didn't enforce the membership rules.

and if a track does that to people who are members that's bs and why would anyone go back to that track . take my points cuz someone else didn't join membership lol so who does that hurt me,the track or umpUnfortunately no one from Fayette, Clay Co or Charleston took the time to even come to the promoters meeting with UMP in Springfield last week. The promoters from most all other Illinois tracks that are UMP were there.
As far as hurting you by affecting your final points, that is true. You may race at a track a get no UMP points if that track doesn't conform.
well its proven that u can bring in unsanctioned class' s and run and ump cant say or do anything,,dirt divas at granite,,600cc and outlawmicros at bel clare,, I just hope this is what happens with b mods they don't need ump, ump will destroy the class , correct me if im wrong but I don't think u have to be ump member to run those classes and they r running at a ump track, if that's because they are part time classes well I guess bmods that run granite don't have to join ump rightTracks don't have to ask you for your membership card to know if you are a member. UMP provides each track a list of members each week.
In 2014, if a UMP track allows someone to race more than twice without a membership, UMP will make that track pay for that membership before they get UMP points for that event.
