Lebanon,Mo.- The Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon, Mo. will be hosting 2 extreme, exciting events in the month of January as a Demo Derby and Arena Motorcross are on the schedule for the 2013 season.
For the third straight season, The Mad Dog Demolition Derby will be in Lebanon on Saturday January 12th with both Big Cars and the Smaller Compact Cars going to battle for the winner's share of the prize money along with bragging rights for the 1st Demo Derby of the 2013 season. The Demo Derby has packed the Indoor heated Civic Center for the last 2 seasons, and again a standing room crowd only is expected. Hardee's of Lebanon along with the Lebanon I 44 Speedway, Lucas Oil, Transport Graphics, Monster Energy Drinks and Hanna's General Store are the sponsors for this always thrilling event. Advance tickets can be gathered by going to WWW.Motorheadevents.Com as $2 off coupons will be available at both Hardee's of Lebanon and Hanna's Country Store. Upper seating tickets are only $12 for Adults bought in advance while Gold Seating(lower level) gets you close to the action and is only $14 for Adults. Kids 3-11 are $7 for Upper seating in advance and $8 for lower seating. Ticket prices go up $2 the day of the event. The first smash of the night will begin at 7:30PM. The Big Car Derby pays $1,000 to the winner while the winner of the Compact Derby will pocket $500
A new adventure and for the 1st time ever the Cowan Civic Center will host a special 2 day arena Freestyle Motorcross as both Pros and Amateur 2 wheel wonder riders show their skills along with Pro Quad Racing. Riders will battle jumps, styling and profiling to gather points and fan approval in a no holds barred display of skill, excitment and talent along with a little lady luck.
This special 2 day event is set for Friday January 25th and Saturday January 26th with each night bringing something different to everyone.
Both events night will begin at 7:30PM and advanced tickets can be purchased online at WWW.Motorheadevents.Com or Ron's Racing Collectibles in Springfield.
