Indoor Midgats should have big crowd now

We will have to agree to disagree on the matter of the contact. I think if you DQ one for their on track actions in this deal, you DQ both. Either that or leave it how it happened, Loyet 1st and Kuhn 2nd. The season is young, and I look forward to taking in many more races over the year. Hopefully both drivers learn from this and move on.

I live in Du Quoin and went to the Poweri races mainly because they are literally 1/2 mile from my house...but I might just have to take in a few others this year. Great racing. :D:D:D:D

The last 3 shows there haven't disappointed. POWRi does a great job running things there. Look forward to more indoor shows, especially the winter ones!!

body-slamming people out of the way is normal operation for loyet, it seems. he has had issues in the past with this, and has been fined, etc. for it. as 1 veteran driver said afterwards, "the boy never seems to learn." loyet is an excellent driver, and has equipment that is top notch; he doesn't need to do this to win, but does anyway. i am not slamming loyet... just speaking facts about what actually happened. so don't rip on me.

HELLO THERE WAS RR TO LF CONTACT WOW! Maybe if people in Nascar would race instead riding around for 4 hours while everyone falls asleep people would watch. What is wrong with Brad Kuhn keeping it on the bottom and not leaving it wide open. What happened to tapping the brakes and driving back under Loyet. Has anyone ever watched or been to the Chili Bowl lol I mean common people they crash the s*** out of cars there but no one says anything. I think that Levi Jones drove right over Brad Sweet but oh boy there is a little contact on a lil go kart track that they happen to be running midgets on and every freaks out. Everyone that is crying about this pass better not show up and watch any Macon or Belle Clair events. I will remind everyone when they say how great the show is but watch how many dirty slide jobs there are there. People need to stop crying about good hard racing. There wasn't a da## thing bent on any car until retard Kuhn hit Loyet.

bad call

that was the best race i have seen in years! loyet got a bad call. brad didnt take anyone out, kuhn hit loyet after the race and took him out. and then all the B.S. that went dwon after the race. loyets did the right thing. kuhn and co. looked like rednecks from In.I will never go back to DU, QUOIN .did nascar run that show? good Job brad loyet.

Well, DuQuoin was my first open wheel race of the year. Car count in both racing divisions was good and fans filled the stands. Lot of broadslidin,' close racing, and a little bumpin' and bangin' here and there, but all in all the racing day was a good one. From the white flag fourth turn action to the checkerd flag first turn goings on during the midget feature was unfortunate for both drivers. Unfortunate, because I do believe both of the drivers involved are both professionals, have raced one another many times, and will race against each other many more times in the midgets. After reading all the comments on this issue at DuQuoin, I know your going to say, "well this is easy for you to say" - but I do hope both drivers can talk it over, shake hands and "Go Racing."

Have a good day...see you at the races

how can u say best race you have seen in years and then that you will never go back to duquoin? i do agree loyet got the shaft here and if he did touch kuhn it was barely. loyet did have to almost stop to keep from sliding into the wall.

Hey Bigevil, were you actually AT this race, I was, it was NOT barely a touch. Also, I have been to almost every race at DQ, I cant count the number of times Loyet has performed the ol slam job. Its just a matter of time though and he'll start getting it back. The boy is good, I'll give him that, he doesn't need to do that.

i was actually AT this race. and furthermore loyet did what ANY other driver would had done in that situation. silde jobs happen all the time and it was slight contact. no one was spun out till a sore loser did it after the finish line.

not gooing back

what i ment to say is ,im not going back to a O,reilly powri show.but i will. when brad L. goes back i want to be there to see him take the win and the cash home. O,reilly powri and co. would not let my 20 year old race, becase she drives harder then they like and shes a FIGERSKATER!!! Ha Ha.:)
