Does anyone with Indy car knowledge have an answer as to why the nose cone isn't tethered to the car the wheels and many other parts are. This would have prevented Justin wilsons critical injuries! Looks like it will be another reactive response, instead of proactive. Another driver was injured last year on a road course. Much slower speeds and they didn't address the problem then. I bet they do now!!!
