one is a stock engine complete less distributor. and the other is built but tearing it down and parting it out.im keeping cam, lifters,rockers valves and springs,has all new berrings(h/v oil pump seperate goes with.) has mechanical fuel pump(new).3 aluminium bell houseings. havent got head off yet but has 350 flat tops,the head will go with it its been ported and polished,been tapped for screw in studs. it has pontiac s/d stamped on the head.it also comes with large port edelbrock intake and bench built 350 holley, both engines have complete clutches.the reason im selling this motor is i run at doe run their rules wont allow it.for hole package i want $350.00,will part out!if interested in looking at it or want some pics e-mailed call me at 573 330 0830
