Elite Racing announced today that it has re-signed all sponsors for the 2010 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series season. The partnership marks the sixth consecutive year that Elite Landscaping Inc. and GLR Investments have supported Elite Racing in sponsorship roles and the third consecutive year for DDNi. A new Knoxville National sponsor and paint scheme will be announced at a later date.

Elite Racing has also announced that Jason Meyers will be returning to drive the No. 14 for the 2010 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. Meyers will be running for the championship in his ninth full season.

"We are very grateful to have every one of our 2009 partners returning for 2010," said Meyers, whose nine A-Feature wins include two wins at Silver Dollar Speedway in California, Meyers' home state. "We're very proud of our association with our sponsors. We remain fully committed to providing greater return in investment for our partners, and sponsors despite the ailing US economy."

With the combination of valued sponsors, and both team and driver, it's hard not to point to the No. 14 as a pre-season favorite.

Meyers, renowned for his record 38 career wins in World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, will drive the No. 14 at the season opener at Volusia Speedway Park in the 49th running of the Annual DIRTcar Nationals by UNOH February 5, 2010, live on Dirt Vision.

The 2009 season included some great highlights for Jason Meyers and the No. 14 Elite Racing team. Meyers rounded out the season in second place in the championship standings with nine wins, 34 top-fives and 54 top-ten finishes. In addition to his A-Feature wins, a preliminary feature win in the Gold Cup Race of Champions at Silver Dollar Speedway.

"The 2009 season was a rollercoaster season of ups and down for Elite Racing with an ending that we are very proud of," added Meyers. "The struggles that we encountered during the season could have crippled us, but we pulled together as a team and turned it around it the second half. I am very proud of how our team handled adversity this year and I feel that we grew immensely as a team. We can't wait for the 2010 season opener."

While the team is happy to look back on its 2009 season having both DDNi and GLR Investments as primary sponsors, they are enthusiastic about the future. The upcoming season will include an 86-event schedule of competitive racing action at a diverse array of dirt tracks.
