(WALNUT RIDGE, ARKANSAS) "The Fireball" Jeff Floyd will compete this
weekend in the first mega event of 2004, the 12th Annual 'Show-Me 100'. The
$38,000 to win event kicks off this Thursday night with an open practice
session at the West Plains Motor Speedway in West Plains, MO. Late Model
Time Trials, the Manufacturers Dash, and the Past Champions Race are on tap
Friday at the 3/8-mile, red-clay oval. Saturday features Late Model Heat
races, the Last-Chance events, and the $38,000 to win, $3,800 to start

Jeff finished eighth at West Plains early this season in an O'Reilly MARS
Series event. The pilot of the Stamp Out Smoking / Floyd's Body Shop / JFR

3/8-mile, red-clay oval and hopes that experience will pay off for him this
weekend.
"I am looking forward to the Show-Me this weekend," said Jeff. "We have
been pretty good this year and our car has been very consistent. The
Show-Me 100 always brings in a lot of qualify cars, but I feel like we can
run with them this weekend. It will be a lot of fun."
