Jonesboro, Arkansas (7/22/09) – Jeff Taylor Motorsports is preparing for a busy weekend where the team will take both their #5 Mesilla Valley Transportation/Rick Lovelady Carpets/Provence Construction/Larry Shaw Race Car/Keith Craft Racing Engine Super Late Model and #5 Mesilla Valley Transportation/Rick Lovelady Carpets/Provence Construction/Taylor Chassis/Keith Craft Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified into battle at Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas.

The weekend at Batesville Motor Speedway will be headlined by the O’Reilly MSRA and O’Reilly MARS Super Late Model tours going head to head in a pair of challenge events. On Friday night, July 24th the Super Late Model competitors will be battling for $2,000 to win. On Saturday night, July 25th, a $2,500 top prize will be on the line for the Super Late Model Division.

On Friday night, the Open Wheel Modified division will accompany the program, and Jeff will be pulling double duty on that night between his Modified and his Super Late Model.

Taylor Chassis competitors continue to accumulate feature wins across the country.

Robbie Reed picked up his 3rd win of the season driving his Taylor chassis to a dominating win Sunday July 19th at Quincy Raceway in Quincy , Illinois .

Dominic Ursetta rocketed to his sixth feature win by winning the July 18th feature at I-76 speedway in Fort Morgan, Colorado in his #6U Taylor Chassis/DC Racing Engines Open Wheel Modified. Peyton Taylor picked up $2,000 for winning win Rislone USCS Open Wheel Modified Series event at Clayhill Motorsports in Atwood , Tennessee on Saturday night, July 18th in his #01 Taylor Chassis/Keith Craft Racing Engine entry. He also blasted his way to the Weekly Racing Series Event win at Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas on Friday night, July 17th in his #01 Taylor Chassis/Keith Craft Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified.

Back on Friday, July 10th, Peyton Taylor drove his #01 Taylor Chassis/Keith Craft Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified to the $1,000 Rislone USCS Open Wheel Modified feature win on Friday night at Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas.

Matt Richards Racing dominated a stout field of 40+ IMCA Modified’s at Eagle Raceway Saturday night, July 11th. Matt would move his #1R Taylor Chassis/Richards Machine powered Open Wheel Modified to the front for the win of the Eagle Nationals Feature.
