Tight point battles are throughout the classes this season as the Area LateModel will decide their track championship Sat night as Jeremy Manes of Nixa holds the top spot over Adam Brown of Aurora.
Action will also feature the lightning fast USRA Modifieds as Mitch Keeter of Webb City has cut a big chunk of the point lead that Carthage's Jackie Dalton had built-up.Dalton's problems Sat night has allowed Keeter to be only 12 points out of the top spot with only 2 point races remaining.
The SportMod class has provided alot of new winers as Billy Street of Joplin holds to the top spot with a tight battle for second involving Roy Maynard of Alba and ReedSprings driver Mike Hailman
The Bomber class will see Springfield's James Redus holding a slim 4 point lead over defending champion Robert high of Springfield with the battle behind just as tough.
The LegendCars top point driver Jason Rayle of Springfield has opened-up a slim margin over Joplin's Park Jones and Dave Comer.Jones had an early exit last week allowing the gap between him and Rayle to open-up as comer is driving a late season charge.
Gates open at 5 with hotlaps slated for 6:45 and Racing at 7:30 Sharp.
