Once again you came through for the 4th annual Matt Caskey Trust golf tournament. It's hard to believe there are still people out there that haven't tried your chicken, but I predict that will change based on the comments we heard.

We had it for an office food day last week. "56" people polished off a hundred pieces of chicken and ten orders of the of the fried green beans.

The King's fried bird and beans are outstanding!!!!!!

That sure was a lot of chicken to cook on only 2 hours sleep. But as my wife told me, that was my own damn fault. As always we are more than happy to be a part of this event. I am thrilled to hear that things went well, and wish you continued success. Thanks for all the kind words and allowing us the privelege of cooking for the tournament. We look forward to next year and hope that you will allow us the honor again.

And to TTG.....What will you be doing for dinner on Friday nights now that BC is done for the year. I forsee withdrawl symptoms.
