Kuntz & Company Performance out of Arkadelphia, Arkansas has signed on as the official Rookie of the Year sponsor for 2004 and 2005 with the O'Reilly Auto Parts Topless Outlaw Racing Association presented by Morris Communications. The engine company will begin their sponsorship with a Rookie of the Year award this year to Mike Wiarda, who won the rookie title while finishing third in points.
