Kurt Busch got a lil mean at Dr Jerry Punch and used some f bombs during taping. Well actual taping. Punch wanted an interview and Kurt was in a mood. I hope really...nascar looks into this and start holding drivers accountable for their actions. If they start not letting fans see interviews and such..............might as well fire them and get someone else in there who appreciates the oportunity that they are in. The money.....the fame.............all the goodies that comes with doing what they are doing. Can you say spoiled? Id post the link....but its a famiy site. Wanna see it...goto you tube. Its there

Really.. You all think that was that bad? That kind of stuff goes on all the time with your favorite driver and has been going on since racing.

You should hear your favorite dirt track driver and what they say to an official when a call does go their way..

(Just in case I am someone's favorite driver...) I would NEVER speak to someone like that at work, home or the track...even if I WASN'T getting paid!

That will definitely draw a fine from NASCAR...it just won't be publicized. They do it all the time for "actions detrimental to stock car racing"...
 
I was not incompitent. I just didnt want it on this site since it contains some foul language. Its a family site.....tryin to treat it as such. You wanted to copy and paste it..........go for it. I just thought it might be grey area material.

There is a huge difference between the weekly joe racer racing for 500 to win versus thousands and thousands of dollars not to mention sponsorships. Please.........if you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen. He blew up a transmission..............so why was he mad?? He didnt cause it. Was he paying the bill??Nope. If anyone has a reason to be mad it would be penske. Joe racer would be forking money out to fix it..........he just goes back to his motorcoach and plays video games. Like i said......hundreds of people would love to be sitting there with top notch equipment having their houses and personal lives taken care of(go ask ole kurt if he even mows his own grass), Spoiled.............alot of them are getting spoiled. you have to be professional when things go down. This was not professional at all. Could your boss at work talk to you like that??Nope. I have been talked to like that.........lol. But law wise........you cant demean anyone as such in a professional atmosphere. I didnt post this to have someone tell me i donot have a set by not copying and pasting a video.......i posted it to discuss the issue. When have you ever laced up a set of driving boots??I can tell when when i have and did.
 
You let me treat someone like that and I know my car owner would jerk my ride in a heart beat!!!!!!! That is totally unacceptable in any fashion of racing I don`t care if it is NASCAR or the local Track announcer you show some type of class. I think it was funny Dr. Jerry Punch just walked away from this clown. Hopefully he gets ZERO AIR TIME!!!!!!! Then let him explain that to his sponsors why they never interview him anymore or they never show his car on TV. As you can see everyone i stired of him as his crew chief quit. What does that tell you?

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Nov. 25, 2011) – NASCAR has fined Kurt Busch $50,000 for his actions during the Nov. 20 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.NASCAR determined that Kurt Busch violated Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing – inappropriate hand gesture; abusive language) of the 2011 NASCAR Rule Book. In issuing the penalty, NASCAR cited Kurt Busch's "poor judgment in making an inappropriate hand gesture" when he drove his car into the garage early in the race after it experienced transmission problems. In addition, NASCAR said Kurt Busch showed "disrespect towards a media member," an incident that followed similar inappropriate media confrontations earlier in the season.
